Personal data processing

Aluminium Performance Parts s.r.o. processes your personal data for it is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and the Company regarding the sale of goods (or in order to perform the steps prior to entering into a contract) and public interest of the company.

  1. The identity and contact details of the controller

    • The Controller did not appoint a Data Protection Officer.
  2. Data Processing Legal Basis
    • The data processing is necessary:
      1. For working under existing contract between you and the Controller or for entering into a new contract Article 6 (1)(c) as defined in Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation");
      2. To comply with Article 6 (1)(c) of the Regulation, VAT Act No 235/2004 Coll., Income Tax Act No 586/1992 Coll., and Acton Accounting No 563/1991 Coll.
  3. Scope and Purpose of the Data Processing
    • On the basis of your consent, the Controller processes the following data: name and last name, address, e-mail, phone number, Commercial registration No and Taxpayer Identification No.
    • The purpose of your data processing is marketing and commercial communication sent to you by the Controller.
    • You shall not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing in accordance with Article 22 of the Regulation.
  4. Data Processing and Storage Duration
    • Your personal data shall be processed for the duration of the rights and obligations of the contract; for the time period legally required for archiving purposes in accordance with a generally applicable law and the maximum duration shall be stipulated by generally applicable law.
  5. Third Parties
    • Your personal data will be provided third parties related to e-commerce management based on your customer sale agreement, which includes freight forwarding personnel, payment gateways personnel and software and technology providers, including operation services of the software and data storage necessary for the Controller to carry out a business activity related to e-commerce.
    • The Controller shall provide your personal data to other third parties in order to comply with legal obligations, such as Financial Administration and other authorities.
    • The Controller does not intend to provide your personal data to third countries (outside the EU) or international organizations.
  6. Rights of the Data Subject
    • In case you believe that the use of your personal data infringes the Regulation, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
    • In accordance with the Regulation, you have the right to access your personal data, to modify or erase your data, to restrict the purposes of the processing for which the data are intended, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you and data transmission.
    • You are not obliged to provide your personal data. Obtaining your data is necessary for entering and performing a contract between you and the Controller; the Controller will not be able to enter a contract or meet the obligations under the contract without obtaining your data.
